The location was great and absolutely perfect for events at Winter Gardens. Found time to see a restored Victorian pier, that's within walking distance from the property.

My stay was comfortable here. Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and fantastic room. The staff was polite, my every need was addressed.
The hotel staff was rather noisy.

Place was awful, leaking ceiling in dining hall and upstairs rain coming through , rooms were so unclean, hair covered pillows on the beds, sticky dirty carpets, bedroom furniture all broken and covered in stains. In the bathroom the sink was ok toilet covered in someones excrement I had to ask for it to be cleaned on arrival. We had to ask for the heating to go on. No WiFi unless your standing in front of reception. Dining hall was really smelly we chose to eat out and we never had clean cutlery once for breakfast it was a truly awful experience for myself and my son. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel.
You are a few minutes away from most attractions and eating establishments so it’s easy to stay out as long as possible.

I loved the fact that I chose this nice hotel. the suite was recently decorated and had an iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and TV. - It also had a clean bathroom and extremely comfy beds - all for a lovely stay.
